Why Academy exists
We built it because we needed it.
Fifty-seven team members across seven venues. Multi-language. High seasonality. A repeating set of standards that has to land the same way everywhere. Traditional training doesn't scale. Academy is the answer: a small, consistent, followable system anyone can run.
